1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of RealHerd. By creating an account, authorizing agents for calls, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your team or brokerage.
2. What RealHerd does
RealHerd places phone calls to your authorized team members, captures what happened on those calls, and writes notes, tasks, and appointments into the systems you connect, such as your CRM. RealHerd does not call your buyers, sellers, or leads.
3. Accounts and authorization
You are responsible for the accounts and access you create, for keeping credentials secure, and for ensuring that every agent RealHerd calls has consented to being called and recorded. You must have the authority to connect any external system you link to RealHerd.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including using it to call people who have not consented, to violate any law or third-party rights, or to interfere with the operation or security of the service.
5. Your data and connected systems
You retain ownership of your data, including call recordings, transcripts, and the records RealHerd writes to your connected systems. You grant RealHerd the permissions needed to provide the service, including reading from and writing to the systems you connect.
6. Fees
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect for your account, including any usage-based charges. Fees are described during signup and on the pricing section of our site.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealHerd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
