We collect account information you provide (such as name, email, and team details), the content of calls RealHerd places to your authorized agents (including recordings and transcripts), the records we write to your connected systems, and basic usage information needed to operate and improve the service.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide the service: to place and process calls, generate notes, tasks, and appointments, write them to the systems you connect, give leaders visibility into follow-up, and keep a record of what was captured and changed.
4. Service providers
We rely on a small set of service providers to deliver RealHerd, including providers for telephony and real-time voice, speech and language processing, and the CRM and other systems you choose to connect. They process information only to provide their part of the service.
5. Data retention
We retain call recordings, transcripts, and related records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and as required to meet legal and operational obligations. You can ask us to delete data, subject to those obligations.
6. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep a record of what RealHerd captured and changed so activity can be reviewed.
7. Your choices and rights
You can access, correct, or request deletion of your information, and you control which external systems RealHerd connects to. Depending on where you operate, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
